Refund policy

Returns and exchanges may be made within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date. Full refunds will be given for merchandise returned within the 14-day return period as long as the merchandise has not been destroyed, altered, worn, or tampered with in any way. Size or style exchanges will be accepted for any merchandise of equal or lesser value, with any remaining balance returned to the customer. Refunds will be applied to the original payment source, or alternatively, a store credit will be offered when the return is not requested by the original buyer. Attempts to return or exchange merchandise that does not meet the criteria outlined above will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Returns and exchanges may be sent to the following address:

Returns and exchanges should include a copy of the original invoice or receipt and the preferred method of contact. Preference of refund or store credit should also be noted. Refunds will be applied toward payment source shown on the invoice.
